Spring is waking up, and we’re throwing it a little party on the new moon with golden cacao to activate new beginnings and a potent breathwork journey to connect you with more joy, more shimmer, more shine, and always more fun.
Ceremonial Cacao
Tanzania grows some of the finest, most vibrant cacao on the African continent which is the cacao served at this Golden Cacao & Breath gathering.
Ceremonial grade cacao is rich in theobromine, a gentle plant compound that lifts energy and blood flow without the jitters of caffeine, and magnesium, which softens the nervous system into a state of calm. Together, these naturally support the release of mood-lifting compounds like serotonin and dopamine leaving you feeling warm, open and uplifted.
As the cacao opens the heart and steadies the body, the breath has room to move freely, deepening presence, connection and joy.
Breathwork
Breathwork is an ancient technology used to awaken the power of your breath to release stress, boost vitality, sharpen your mind, heal emotions, and access deep spiritual wisdom.
The Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) technique uses a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern where each inhale is consciously connected to the next exhale without pause. This intentional breath increases oxygen flow and activates the body’s natural healing processes.
Talitha Kotze is a Breathwork facilitator and curator of transformational events. She creates immersive experiences that invite participants into deeper relationship with breath, body, and capacity to feel as an act of deep listening.
Madeleen Munting is a content creator, designer and founder of Food for Joy; a brand devoted to helping women reconnect with joy, presence and their bodies through conscious eating and ritual. Joy to her isn’t just a feeling, it’s a practice.
