Description
Feral Breath: A Conscious Connected Breathwork journey
Thursday 26 November, 6-8pm,
The Sufi Temple, Newlands
A space to meet your feral self and play.
Somewhere along the way, you learned to be good, to soften your voice, hold your body in, and wear the role that made you acceptable. We all did. We carry it into our work, our families, even our healing circles.
Feral Breath is an invitation to drop it all at the door.
How would you breathe if no one were watching? What would it sound like? How would you move if you were no longer performing, and your body simply remembered what it is here to do.
What this event is
A night of conscious connected breathwork to close the year, where voice, movement and breath are welcome. Before the breath, we’ll move into our animal bodies, a practice that wakes the instinct, loosens the masks, and prepares you for the deep journey ahead. Held with care, in a space that is free, open and safe enough for you to push past boundaries and limitations.
Who it’s for
Men and women. Newcomers and seasoned breathers alike. Anyone ready to stand on the threshold of embodying more of who they truly are, and curious enough to find out what that really means.
Why come
Because it is time to stop answering to who you are supposed to be. To demand more of this life. To walk in your sovereignty and discover what it looks like, smells like, sounds like. To be loose, wild and free with your breath, with your life force. To have fun.
