Through conscious breath, primal fire, and oil of frankincense, men are invited to strip away numbness, armour, and performance. This is not a talking circle or self-improvement workshop. It is a lived experience where instinct awakens, truth rises in the body, and the wild masculine heart remembers its strength, clarity, and capacity through the awakening of the ancient power of Breathwork.

Frankincense has an incredible ability to produce a calming and meditative state and is known as the King of essential oils.

Bring with you: a yoga mat/thin mattress, blanket, eye mask/scarf, bottle of water, journal and pen (optional). Come well hydrated.
