As the year comes to a close, we gather on this sacred South African holiday, the Day of Reconciliation. This evening is an invitation to honour the journey you’ve travelled in 2025, reconcile the parts of you that may still feel tender or fractured, and recognise just how magnificent your path has been.
And because it’s the final session of the year, I’m infusing this one with a little extra magic… think warm summer evening energy, deep sighs, tingles of life force pulsing through your being, and that delicious post-breathwork glow that leaves you feeling more open, more embodied, and just a little bit sexy in your own skin.
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic unwinding, and gentle ceremonial guidance, I will lead you through a deeply restorative inner journey. Expect a powerful release, a settling of the nervous system, a softening of the edges, and a sense of inner union as you reconnect with your breath, your truth, and your sovereign wholeness.
What a year this has been. This is your moment to exhale, to wriggle out of that shedded snakeskin, to integrate, and to breathe open the space for what wants to arrive next.
