A 6 week Online Breathwork Journey for Women

Through guided Breathwork, embodied practice, and sacred community, we gather in presence where each woman’s breath deepens her own awakening and strengthens the collective field.
Each week explores a different layer of the breath, drawing on the foundations of Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB):
- Continuous circular breathing to allow you bypassing the thinking mind
- Awakening the body’s innate intelligence for emotional release, conscious awareness and embodied feminine wisdom

WEEK 2: COMING HOME TO THE BREATH (21 January 2026)
Theme: Foundations of the Feminine Breath – Soft Power, Inner Resource, Safety
We open with the most essential teachings:

- Breath as a lifelong strategy for coping, healing, awakening
- Slow conscious inhale: gathering your energy back home
- The first breath is always uncomfortable – welcoming it
- Inhale as meditation: being present, feeling every detail and nuance of the breath
- Working with what is
- Non-judgement, non-resistance, non-attachment
- Relaxing the jaw, softening the face, relaxing the hips
- Daily practice: Rituals that allow Spirit to know where to find you
- Polyvagal introduction: breathing safety into the crocodile brain
This journey is deeply embodied, we awaken the intelligence of the belly, womb, heart, breath and subtle body.

WEEK 3: THE SPIRAL & THE SENSUALITY OF BREATH (28 January 2026)
Theme: Feminine Spirals, Somatic Flow, Emotional Intelligence
This week restores the feminine quality of the breath – flowing, spiralling, receptive, ecstatic.

- Breath as a spiral, vortex, ecstatic current
- Circular breathing: the ever-present inhale
- “You can’t heal what you can’t feel”
- Using breath to feel, and feeling to breathe
- Micro-movements to let energy penetrate
- Breath + relaxation = opening new doorways
- Softening tension to restore sensation
- Letting breath move into every cell
- The ecstatic vortex at the end of a session

WEEK 4: RELAXING INTO INTENSITY – THE ART OF DEEP TRANSFORMATION (4 February 2026)
Theme: Healing, Release, Breakthrough, Emotional Alchemy
This is the transformational week: the deep work.
Key Learnings Introduced
- Breath as fire: purifying, clarifying, revealing
- Discomfort = the growth zone
- Do not push; lean into fear and intensity
- The bow + arrow breath (inhale pulls back, exhale releases)
- Exhale as relaxation, surrender, letting go into God
- Breath-holds with intention: open, expand, release
- Tetany, mudras, peak moments
- KEEP BREATHING through the breakthrough
- Pain as emotional messenger
- Tracking breath, noticing where you stop, where you resist
Practice
- Deep active breath session
- Leaning into intensity with relaxation
- Breath-holds + intention
- Exploration of emotional or physical pain
- We will work with primal fire, creating the spark of life using nothing but wood and will, through the African-born art of the friction method.
Intentions
We experience emotional, somatic, and energetic release.
We learn to stay with ourselves in intensity, a profound feminine “initiation”.
WEEK 5: AWAKENING & THE TRUTH OF YOUR BEING (11 February 2026)
Theme: Union, Integration, Subtle Awareness, Spiritual Breath
This is the mystical weaving.
Key Learnings Introduced
- Breath as master key to all inner doors
- Dissolving duality: inhale/exhale becoming one
- Breath as expression of the truth of our being
- Practising unconditional acceptance + unconditional love
- Being breathed by something greater
- Silence as teacher

- Full-body checking, breath tracking, subtle awareness

This journey culminates in a grounded shift in how you live and lead yourself. You emerge steadier, more rooted, and guided by the quiet strength of your breath. With greater inner coherence and trust in your feminine wisdom, your choices, boundaries, and awareness align more naturally. You feel deeply at home in yourself and you feel ready for the year of the Fire Horse, a powerful new cycling beginning on 17 February 2026, inviting us to trust our inner drive and follow what wants to come alive with great purpose, momentum, passion and driven action.
