Talitha Kotzé is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator devoted to awaken the ancient power of your breath to release stress, boost vitality, sharpen your mind, heal emotions, and access deep spiritual wisdom. Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful breathing technique that uses a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern where each inhale is consciously connected to the next exhale without pause. This intentional breathwork increases oxygen flow, activates the body’s natural healing processes, and allows for deep emotional and energetic release.
Breathing through an open mouth with a relaxed jaw, the breath moves deep into the belly, expanding the chest and heart space. This process helps clear stagnant energy, release stored trauma, and access altered states of consciousness. It can be a profound tool for self-exploration, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual connection.
Each session is unique, reflecting what is present in the body and mind at that moment. While some may experience bliss and clarity, others may move through emotional waves, releasing what no longer serves them. A trained facilitator holds space for the journey, guiding participants to trust their breath as both the medicine and the path.

When we practice Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB), we commit to a rhythmic breathing pattern in which each breath is consciously connected to the next, with no pause between the inhale and exhale. We breathe through an open mouth with a relaxed jaw, allowing more oxygen to enter the body. The breath is deep, expanding into the belly, opening the chest and heart space, and releasing with a soft, relaxed exhale.
Each session is completely unique, depending on what is alive within us on that particular day. Our breath has the power to heal on a deep cellular level, clear old emotional patterns and limiting beliefs, and connect us spiritually. It can be blissful, evoke emotional release, and bring profound transformation.
An experienced Breathwork facilitator holds space for this process, guiding but never interfering. We trust our breath, allowing it to be both the path and the guide. The experience can be deeply moving, life-changing, and spiritual, depending on how ready our consciousness is to receive the wisdom that lies within the body.
